Chas D'Huyvetter ("duh-vetter") {owner/operator}
An East Cobb native, graduate of Pope high school, life-long player of East Cobb baseball teams, and all-around local boy.
Chas is the driving force behind moxie burger, and will do absolutely anything to make sure your moxie experience is satisfactory. Son, brother, uncle, and friend... Chas is passionate about creating a true "neighborhood gathering place" for East Cobb, where families and friends of all ages can eat, drink, play, and relax together. Brandon Eisenhart {general manager}
Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Brandon is our chef extraordinaire. He graduated from Georgia Southern University's hotel/restaurant management program, and has been working in the hamburger business for 6 years.
Brandon demands a perfect burger every time, and wants you to have one, too. He is the reason we feel so strongly about our food, and just plain makes magic happen in the kitchen. |

moxie burger is the creation of a small group of local investors. we believe in each other, we believe in our food, we believe in creating a sense of community and family at our restaurant. we also believe that keeping it local means that if you need anything, ever, you can trust us to get it done.
